Terms & Conditions

All deposits and payments made will form a contract between you and El Rancho/Legends In Line.

If you need to change or alter any of the conditions that are printed below, These can only be accepted after discussion and agreement with the Events Team. Please read through the terms below carefully and make sure you have understood the information provided. 

Once you have paid your deposit, Your email booking confirmation will be you sent to your email address you provided when booking. This will then be a contract between us and Yourself. The deposit is a part payment of the event booked and the balance must be paid before the date specified on the booking confirmation email or by the organizers. Please note if we do not receive final payment or notification by the date specified then we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you (but we will contact you first to check before this happens). 

Payments may be made by Paypal via links given, Paypal via the website or alternately transfers by contacting If your yourself or anyone on your book cancels written notification must be sent to us.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.



If any situation forces the cancellation of any of our events (Which is very rare) we are not held responsible.

Events Such as El Rancho and other organisations costs are huge. These costs are paid out prior to the event date covering many requirements. For Example Hotel, Function rooms, Choreographers & Artists fees.

In some circumstances Refunds will be offered if the reason for the cancelled event is purely our responsibility. For Example, Bereavements, Illness, Personal Emergencies etc.

However, Acts of Nature, Wars, Hotel Closures, Airline or travel strikes, Pandemics or yourself choosing to to cancel for personal reasons are not our responsibility.

If travelling from anywhere other than the UK, Please take out correct travel insurance as we are not responsible for this.

If the above problem arises, we will do our upmost to ensure we can provide another event where possible and as soon as permitted to.


  We also reserve the rights to change the venue and dates of our events if needed in any unforeseen circumstances such as Hotel Closures, fires, Venue disasters, and any other reason out of our control. 

It may be necessary on occasion due to ill health etc We may have to change the Artists booked on our event-  Choreographers, DJs, Hosts or Instructors on the event but will always make sure the weekend has the same amount with in the team. Dancers travelling to El Rancho need to ensure they have taken out the correct Travel insurance to cover themselves and the situations stated above as El Rancho & Legends in Line are not held responsible. 
All dancers travelling overseas must arrange their own flights.
